Ledbetter Properties creates new shopping center marketing materials with the help of GIS
Problem: Ledbetter Properties needed to update the marketing materials for it’s shopping centers. They had outdated competition aerials as well as site plans that were only image files.
Solution: OnSite Pro™ – Beitz and Daigh Geographics created new site plans in GIS as well as created new competition aerials using AggData and hybrid aerials by Bing. Demographics were also updated on the property flyers and the website. Moving forward, the tenant names only need to be changed in one place in the GIS database, and then the changes will be automatically reflected on the website and property flyers.
Implementation Details: CAD software was used in the creation of the site plans and then the plans were converted to a geodatabase. Demographics are 2014 from Esri.
